NUTRI-BODIES also realizes that protection measures don't stop there. That's why we have teamed up with Authorize.Net, one of the world's most trusted online payment processing companies. Authorize.Net's fraud detection settings are set to maximum levels to help ensure the security of your transactions.
Please Note: If you have a multi-numeric address (e.g. 1234 98th ST NW), you may need to spell out the address following the first numeric portion of the address (e.g. 1234 Ninty Eighth ST NW). Sometimes AVS systems only recognize 1-set of numbers in the address. If you have issues with this, PLEASE call your card company and request information on how you should enter your address information online to ensure proper processing with AVS systems.
Any differences in billing and shipping address MUST be verified by NUTRI-BODIES before the order is shipped. This can be a 1-5 day process. The card holder may be requested to provide the customer service phone number on the reverse side of the credit card used for the transaction. The card holder will be contacted by the credit card company or NUTRI-BODIES.
SHIPPING
NUTRI-BODIES ships orders by UPS Ground to United States locations using the current UPS rates available. Most orders will ship same-day if placed before 2:00pm CT, Monday - Friday. UPS does not pickup Saturday, Sunday or on holidays.
PLEASE double check all shipping address information to avoid delays. You can verify the correct format for your address by visiting usps.com. At usps.com, your delivery address and ZIP Code™ are checked for proper Postal Service format and standardized if necessary.
If your order will be delivered to a business or institution, PLEASE include the business or institution name on the order form accordingly.
NUTRI-BODIES and/or UPS is NOT responsible for packages left at the residence or commercial property if the customer requested such in the Order Notes. NUTRI-BODIES is not responsible for order package whereabouts once picked up by UPS. Any issues with order package whereabouts after they are shipped from NUTRI-BODIES must be resolved with UPS. You can contact UPS toll free at 1-800-742-5877. NUTRI-BODIES will be happy to assist you with any UPS issues.
Any order related damage claims must be called into UPS within 24 hours of receiving your package. You must keep all package contents (i.e. shipping carton, packing material, promotional items, product) as intact as possible. This is necessary for UPS investigation purposes. Failure to produce package contents to the UPS Investigations Team will prevent us from replacing your damaged product. You can contact UPS toll free at 1-800-742-5877.
We recommend APO Box™ for all APO/FPO shipping, please sign up for an account at APO Box and use your new US address for your order.
IN-STORE RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your nutritional supplement purchase, simply return the unopened product(s) along with your original sales receipt within 7 days of purchase for a full product refund. We will not accept returns on clearance or discontinued items. Other restrictions may apply. Items returned that were purchased with a credit card will receive a credit back to the original credit card. Items returned that were purchased by cash will receive a cash return. All training gear purchases are final sales and will not be accepted for return.
ONLINE RETURNS

Please call (563) 588-4000 for the RA #. Any returns that are sent to NUTRI-BODIES without an RA# may be refused and sent back to the shipper, at the shipper's expense. Please note: All nutritional safety seals are verified sealed before shipment. Any opened safety seals are a result of shipping compressions, and/or the cap removal process by the customer. All shipping charges for customer returns are the responsibility of the customer. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner, except with the original manufacturer’s labels. No cash refunds. All training gear purchases are final sales and will not be accepted for return.
